In 2021, ADM will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary. In this exciting business area of ours, we have managed to distinguish ourselves by our unrivalled knowledge of the Belgian market, and by our unique proposal that we make to companies: to find them the right Interim Manager, within one week.

Listening, feeling the culture of each company, entering the world of business leaders and understanding the context that interacts with their objectives and decisions. Then establishing, together with the leader, the ideal profile to carry out the defined assignments and finally, finding the right man or woman for the job. That is the ongoing challenge we face.

To be as close as possible to the action, we now have three offices: in Ghent, Brussels and Leuven. It is especially in the capital that we are looking to strengthen our team. The business world in Brussels is exciting: SMEs, multinationals, private and public companies, start-ups or large companies emblematic of our country, are now all facing the great changes with regard to the organization of work, in a world where digitalization and projectization will gain more and more importance.
