A plant controller who delivered more than expected

ADM was contacted by a chemical company in need of a plant controller. They were hoping to set up a costing model for their production site in Belgium. As such, ADM began looking for a plant controller who would have strong SAP knowledge and competences. This search delivered excellent results for the client. The costing model also led to better inventory controls, more accurate budgeting and forecasting and improved variance analyses.
